Very often the question on why weight loss is so hard comes in one form or another in my conversations and coaching calls with clients. ALL THE TIME!
And listen, this is normal: the body like its homeostasis… Its little comfort… Changing your body (and your mind) is not and easy and quick thing!
The body, literally… the cells and the organs… they like to be kept stable. And your mind too: it loves familiarity!
“Don’t rock the boat!!” is what your body is screaming every time you try to change a little something.
But does it mean that you’re completely hopeless and helpless and you might as well not try? OF COURSE NOT.

You can change, because you are the owner of your thoughts! YAY!
Your thoughts will get you feeling motivated and encouraged and determined to take action…
Or they will bring you down!
