Mindset coaching can transform your life from the inside out, and the best examples I often find come from my own life experience.
And to be honest, all the mindset tools and strategies I teach my clients, I have tested and tried on me first, always! Otherwise it’d be really hard to convey the value and awesomeness of them!
The biggest transformation I’ve had in my life has been going from a socially anxious person, full of doubt, insecurity, shyness and sensitivity… and becoming a grounded and trusting person.
For years I felt crazy because on paper I had everything I needed to enjoy my life: a nice family, great education, great finances, an amazing supportive husband, a stylish condo, a cute doggo, intelligence, looks, clean water, electricity… you name it.
But this is often the paradox of the modern world: we have everything in abundance, but so many of us feel short of everything. Like we are missing something.
Then, once we realize that, we should all over ourselves, and tell ourselves we need to be “more grateful”, but we end up using this as excuse to beat ourselves up…
We are so familiar with resisting the way we feel, and this is what keeps us feeling stuck, in guilt and confusion about the way we are… In other words: this keeps us in drama-land!
I have found that the feelings we get in life don’t come from the circumstances. It’s not the dog, or the husband, or the family…
It’s always our thoughts.
This is why you can find depressed supermodels, anxious rich people, and guilt-ridden moms.
In other words, it’s not the the body, or the business, or the family that determines our life experience. It’s our thoughts. It’s the inner game.
