How do I sign up?
Come join me for a free mini-session before making a commitment. During this time we will do some coaching on your specific situation, and we'll determine if this program is a good fit for your needs.
Can I just book one session only?
Not for this particular result. Shifting our perspectives around eating, food, exercise and our own abilities to change takes TIME and practice. One session wouldn't be enough to get you the desired results.
Can we meet at the same time slot for all my sessions?
Yes! I actually encourage my clients to choose a time slot that's going to work for the 6 consecutive weeks. This is important for building a habit! PS: we'll see in the program how using planning and calendar tools is essential for permanent weight loss 😉
Does it have to be a video call only? Can it be voice only?
I prefer that we do video to have that face to face vibe to it, but I respect your decision if you want to have a voice call only. However, I do want you to be at a desk, sitting down, because some of these concepts require you take notes and bring in your full attention.
How does payment work?
You can use PayPal, or Stripe via credit card.
I've done therapy in the past. Is coaching like therapy?
Awesome to hear that you invest in your mental health! But coaching and therapy aren't the same. While we do talk about thoughts and feelings, coaching is more future-focused. We don't go into the past and your traumas, etc. Rather, we focus on what's on your mind right now, and how that's helping you get the results you want (or not). Also, coaching works best with highly functioning individuals who aren't affected by a major mental illness or trauma.
Do you offer a guarantee?
You can get a taste of coaching through our free mini-session that you can book here below. But if you aren't happy after our first "official" call, I can offer you a refund for the rest of the program. But trust me, I don't think this is going to happen 😉
