Years ago I suffered from extreme shyness, social anxiety and a general sense that the world was against me.
After having a panic attack at a music show and getting sick and tired of feeling like crap every single day, I sought help.
This got me into the rabbit hole of therapy, then coaching, then spirituality and more recently Human Design.
I’ve dedicated the last 4 years of my life to exploring everything related to mindset and emotional intelligence and how our internal world shapes what goals we achieve in life.
